Choose your fit:

Snug fit: Wrist size + 0.5 inch
Sits close to the skin with minimal movement. -
Comfort fit: Wrist size + 1 inch
Secure but not tight - allows more movement.

You should be able to slide 1 - 2 fingers between your wrist and the bracelet.
