Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING INFORMATION
All orders are shipped from our office in Dartmouth within 5-7 days of purchase. Orders prepared for local pick up/delivery also have a 5-7 day processing time. If you are in need of your order sooner, please send a message and we will try to get you your items as soon as possible.
Shipping costs will be calculated automatically at checkout prior to purchase based on the buyers geographical area. At this time, we currently only ship to Canada and the United States. For orders being shipped to the United States, please keep in mind that these packages may be subject to customs fees which are not included in shipping costs and are the responsibility of the buyer to cover.
Please note that once your order is shipped, all delivery related inquiries should be directed to Canada Post. Once shipped, Love & Locket has no control over delivery times, issues relating to delivery etc.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at loveandlocketjewelry@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. If granted a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted and you will receive the remaining balance. If you live locally and can return the items in person, you will be given a full refund.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as earrings (for hygiene/sanitary reasons) and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). That being said, if you have an issue with a pair of earrings or custom order, please contact us immediately and we will do what we can to help.
